Care Coordinator – Be the Link That Makes Care Happen

Location: Tamworth
Part time with Additional On-Call Shifts

Are you the kind of person who loves solving puzzles, staying calm under pressure, and making sure things run like clockwork? If you’re organised, people-focused, and want a job where you actually make a difference, this role’s for you.

We’re looking for a proactive Care Coordinator on behalf of our client to join their friendly team. You’ll help match clients with amazing Care Professionals, keep schedules running smoothly, and jump in to fix problems before they become big ones.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Build weekly care schedules that work for everyone — clients and Care Professionals

- Match people based on skills, personality, and availability (think: making the perfect match)

- React fast when things change — rearrange visits, support the team, and keep everyone in the loop

- Keep everything updated in our system (we’re tech-friendly)

- Take part in our on-call rota — answering calls 1–2 evenings a week, sometimes on non-office days — with extra pay per shift

What We’re Looking For

- Great communicator with a warm, confident phone manner

- Problem solver — you like getting to the bottom of things

- Calm under pressure and can work independently when needed

- Friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping others

- Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar)

- Experience in care, scheduling, or logistics is great — but attitude matters most

What You’ll Get

- Competitive pay + additional on-call payments

- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (Pro rated for part time hours)

- Supportive, upbeat team that genuinely cares about what they do

- Real opportunities to grow and learn — we’ll help you build your career

- A role where no two days are ever the same

Sound like you, hit Apply Now. Let’s make a difference — together.
