Customer Service Team Members required across all areas of the Store, including Retail and Café.

APCO was founded in 1970's and is a well-established, Australian family owned independent petrol and convenience retailer. APCO has built their success around their convenience culture, having strong traditional customer service values and a family focused environment for all team members.

We have multiple opportunities for experienced customer focused candidates to join the APCO family based in our busy Kangaroo Flat Site.

Positions we are seeking

All positions require energetic candidates who possess past experience in a similar role along with food handling knowledge. Our focus will be on providing fresh quality food and fuel to all customers including the Kangaroo Flat and Bendigo community.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience in a similar role.

A variety of shifts are on offer including day, evening and overnight, with the Store trading 24/7, successful candidates will need to possess a dynamic and team focused personality, strong work ethic and willingness to learn at all times. The successful candidate must be available to work weekends.

Other requirements we are seeking

- Ability to work in fast paced environment offering prompt and reliable service;
- Maturity, trustworthiness and honesty;
- Accuracy relating to cash transactions;
- Relevant food handling qualifications and an understanding of all food safety and hygiene requirements for Cafe applicants;
- Excellent communication and presentation;
- Creativity to inspire customers through Store presentation, merchandising and stock management;
- Ability to delight our customers with amazing customer service;
- Maintaining optimal Store cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
