We are seeking a detailed-oriented and analyticalprofessional to join our global, centralized HR Operations team as a Benefits Operations Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of employee benefits and is eager to deepen their expertise in this area.

In this role, you will be a key player in supporting the operational execution of employee benefits programs across the organization. You’ll focus on ensuring data accuracy, streamlining processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a strong operational mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a subject matter expert on the day to day operations of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans.
- Analyze, audit, and reconcile benefits data across systems (e.g., HRIS, benefits platforms, vendor systems) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated benefits issues and service disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including GDPR, ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA.
- Identify trends and process inefficiencies, recommend and implement process improvements including opportunities for automation.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and process documentation.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on benefit metrics, enrollment activity, and plan performance.
- Participate in system implementations, upgrades, integrations and new plan launches as needed.
- Support annual enrollment processes in various locals, including testing, data audits, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

- Experience in global and/or regional benefits administration, with a strong focus on operational processes and data management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration platforms (e.g., Darwin, Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets and perform root cause analysis.
- Solid understanding of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey technical concepts to non technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in a centralized HR or shared services environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Polish language skills – fluency or working proficiency is highly desirable to support benefits processes and collaborate with local vendors, particularly given a rapid growth in the region.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, macros).
- Experience with benefits reporting and compliance filings.
- Knowledge of project management or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
