We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking an enthusiastic and proactive part-time Catering Assistant to support the organisation's service environment.

Our staff work holistically to provide high-quality care and services to our residents based on interactions that are engaging, compassionate and considerate of their individual needs, preferences, identity, culture & diversity.

Responsibilities

- An ability to assist in delivering fresh and innovative meals.
- Confident with special diets/requirements, allergy intolerances, supplements, texture modified food and moulding.
- All aspects of kitchen operations.
- Ensuring Regulatory Compliance for Food Safety, Work Health and Safety, Dietary Requirements and Cleanliness.

Skills & Experience

- Food Safe Certificate
- Commitment to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic
- Hold a current Police Check
- Salary Packaging
