About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic 3rd or 4th Year Vehicle Apprentice Technician to join our busy Artarmon Mercedes-Benz team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine servicing on Mercedes-Benz vehicles

- Perform defect repair work as well as diagnosing mechanical issues

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of job cards and client‑specific paperwork documenting repairs, servicing, and identified defects

- Exceed manufacturer’s Customer Satisfaction requirements

- Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to established work health and safety standards

Requirements for the role will involve the following:

- A good command of the English language

- Full unrestricted work rights in Australia

- Experience in a similar role is essential

- Sound automotive technical knowledge

- Must be punctual and reliable

- Current Australian or International driver’s licence

- Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills
