- Casual roles located in Hamilton.
- Comfortable working with people with various disabilities.
- Committed to family and person-centered approaches, supporting inclusion and participation.
- Ability to build and manage friendly relationships within a team environment.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Availability to work across multiple sites and various shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleepovers, and active nights.
- Experience and confidence working with clients who need support with behaviors of concern.
- A driver’s license is required for this role.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will work with a team of specialists, both on and off-site, with a shared goal — to create meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities to belong and thrive.

- Salary benefits and conditions based on the Disability Services Enterprise Agreement Victoria 2018-2022, with membership to HACSU (Health and Community Services Union).
- Salary Packaging (up to $15,900 per year tax-free, in addition to your standard tax-free threshold).

To succeed in this role, you must have or be willing to obtain:

- Relevant qualification(s).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Valid Australian Working Rights and, if applicable, an International Police Check for overseas work or residence within the last ten years.
