About the Role
NCN Health is seeking a Administration Officer - Support At Hometo join our Primary and Community Services.
The Administration Officer – Support at Home provides comprehensive administrative support functions within the Support at Home program, with a focus to ensure that all program specific administrative, service request and referral processing, data compliance and financial requirements of the program are met in an efficient and timely manner. This role contributes to the smooth and efficient operation of the program by supporting the day-to-day functions of Care Partners, clinicians, and management staff.
This role is integral to the operational efficiency of the Support at Home program and provides a welcoming, professional and respectful point of contact for participants, families, and external stakeholders. Under the direction of the Manager Community Aged Care and Disability, the position is also responsible to support the coordination, collation, preparation and reporting of data, and the financial and performance information to meet both internal and external reporting requirements.
The Administration Officer – Support at Home contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, assist with audit and reporting processes, and supports the implementation of systems and processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Support at Home program
About You
- Vaccination against Covid-19 (recommended)
- Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent or previous experience working in a similar administrative role.
- Experience working in a busy administration environment with the ability to self-manage and organise demanding and changing workloads and competing priorities.
- Proven experience in maintaining financial records, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Ability to prepare statistical reports, meeting minutes and agenda and other documentation and check accuracy of department documentation and data with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft office products (Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher) to prepare a range of high-quality statistical data and financial reports.
- Proven ability to review and interpret data with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills including demonstrated ability to liaise with people from diverse background.
