In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of a cutting-edge approach to allied health services, helping to shape the future of care. With our award-winning Plena Care Pathway (2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence), you'll have the freedom to craft therapy programs that are built around resident goals and priorities. This pathway is designed to empower our therapists, offering tailored, evidence-based mobility programs, care plan reviews, one-on-one therapy interventions, and engaging group-based active aging services.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Conducting thorough assessments and offering clinical recommendations to enhance daily living, mobility, transfers, and falls prevention.
2. Supporting skin care, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
3. Providing flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our residents and care facilities, always staying within the scope of your expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
2. Current AHPRA registration
3. Australian working rights
4. Willingness to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
