Helpprovide a warm, welcoming environment for staff and residents alike as a Servery/Laundry/CleaningAttendant at our Alice Ross-King Care Centre and Gordon Lodge facilities in Bull Creek.

This role as a Servery/Laundry/Cleaning Attendant will see you:

As a Servery/Laundry/Cleaning Attendant at our Alice Ross-King Care Centre or Gordon Lodge, you’ll help create a warm, home-like environment for our residents. Your care, attention and presence help residents feel safe, respected and comfortable.

You will:

- Assist with meal service, ensuring residents enjoy quality, choice and comfort

- Maintain a clean, welcoming space that supports wellbeing

- Collect, launder, fold and return linen with care

- Follow Foodsafe hygiene requirements and cleaning schedules

- Communicate with residents and staff in a friendly, supportive manner

- Contribute to a safe and positive environment for everyone

Every task you complete adds to the sense of home our residents feel — and that’s what makes the work truly meaningful.

About you:

- Experience in hospitality, cleaning, servery or a similar role

- A warm, positive attitude and genuine empathy for older Australians

- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and time management skills

- A desire to build meaningful connections with residents and colleagues

Alice Ross-King Care Centre offers stunning lakeside views, natural light and peaceful surrounds. Gordon Lodge, recently refurbished, overlooks tranquil gardens and offers a beautiful environment for both staff and residents.

Both centres sit within the Air Force Memorial Estate in Bull Creek — a vibrant community with access to nature, amenities and free parking.
