About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and reliable team players for Kitchen, Laundry, and Cleaning Attendant roles atour Alice Ross-King Care Centre and GordonLodge facilities in Bull Creek.

As a valued team member, you'll contribute to maintaining a warm, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors,and staff. You will work across multiple service areas, andwe’re particularly interested in people who are opento being cross-trained across different domestic assistance duties, including kitchen, servery, cleaning, and laundrysupport.

This is a pool vacancy for 3–6month appointments, with potential for future permanentroles within the same period.

What You'll Be Doing

You will work closely with other hospitality, clinical, anddomestic services staff to support a home-like environmentby:

- Assisting with food preparation and meal service inaccordance with food safety standards

- Supporting residents in making their menu choices

- Performing cleaning duties as per kitchen and facilityschedules

- Laundering, folding, and returning linen forresidents

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment,including equipment use

- Communicating with residents and colleaguesrespectfully and effectively

- Contributing to the overall wellbeing of residents byensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation

Alice Ross-King Care Centre: Located on thebanks of Lake Howard, this 102-bed facility offers a peacefulnatural setting on 11 hectares land in Bull Creek. You'llenjoy working in a modern space with stunning views and avibrant community.

Gordon Lodge: A beautifully refurbished62-bed facility offering permanent, respite, and dementia care.The centre boasts a dementia-specific wing and overlooks serenegardens and Lake Howard.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in hospitality or aged care(desirable)

- A willingness to be cross-trained in kitchen, cleaning,and laundry duties

- Ability to work independently and as part of ateam

- Empathy and respect for the elderly and theirneeds

- Good communication and time management skills

- Physically fit and reliable
