This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and effective delivery of care by managing patient data and scheduling appointments for surgical and endoscopic procedures. Key responsibilities - Accurately enter patient data into patient management systems - Schedule appointments for patients on the preparation list - Provide customer service to patients and their carers - Perform office duties as required - Must be able to manage competing priorities and multitask About you - Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities - Excellent computer skills including proficiency in M365 Western Health is one of the largest healthcare providers in Victoria, caring for a vibrant, diverse and rapidly growing community of one million people in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
