Responsibilities
As a Service Delivery Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Associate Director, Delivery, and the broader Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team. You will provide comprehensive oversight of end-to-end service delivery across all DTS and capability domains, ensuring high-level execution of financial management, performance tracking, strategic reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report on budgets across Delivery. Track financial performance, support planning, and deliver executive-level insights.
- Support service delivery operations by maintaining dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and delivering meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure delivery alignment and source accurate information to support reporting.
- Support adherence to delivery governance and process improvements across the Delivery Practice.
This continuing position is full time and will be located onsite at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).
