This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time, with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31 October 2026.
Position Profile
The Project Support Officer plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that advance health and medical research and innovation across Western Australia. This position provides high-level project coordination, research, and administrative support to ensure effective implementation and governance of key programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, an understanding of ethical and governance frameworks in health research, and proven experience managing multiple tasks in dynamic environments, preferably within health, research or government sectors.
