The Location

Located at the base of Mt Louisa in Townsville, Bolton Clarke’s Glendale provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment.

The Role

Our Hospitality Assistant - Cleaners are an integral part of our team. This role you could see you doing any number of the following duties:

- Rubbish removal, dish washing and general cleaning
- Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
- Dusting, polishing and general tidying
- Cleaning bathroom facilities
- Laundering, pressing/ironing and folding items such as linen and residents’ garments
- Mentoring and skill development opportunities
- Free uniforms on orientation

To be successful, you will have:

- Willingness to take direction from others
- Reliability and shift flexibility
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- 2025 flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
