This is a full-time, office-based role located in the heart of the CBD.

Job Description

- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.

- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable records.

- Assist with month-end financial reporting and general ledger reconciliations.

- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and provide financial support.

- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Officer should have:

- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
