About Us:
Right at Home is a reputable provider of in-home care, supporting individuals with disabilities, older Australians, and those recovering from illness or injury. As part of an international network, our NSW franchise delivers tailored services under the NDIS and Home Care Package programs, emphasizing quality, respect, and client-centered care.

Role Overview:
As a Personal Care/Ndis Support Worker, you will help clients maintain independence and dignity by providing compassionate in-home support, assisting with personal and lifestyle needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support with domestic tasks like cleaning, cooking, and laundry
- Help with medication prompts and health monitoring
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Transport clients to appointments and activities
- Help clients achieve NDIS goals, including social participation and daily living skills
- Document care activities and report changes
- Follow care plans and collaborate with families and health professionals

Qualifications

- Experience in aged care, disability, or community support (preferred)
- Certificate III or IV in Support, Aged Care, or Disability (or working towards)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Clear National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Australian Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Work rights in Australia
