If you love administration, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and you’re ready to play a key role in an effective, positive team environment, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

- Provide guidance to Administrative Officers, acting as a point of escalation, in response to a broad range of queries received from Academic Units.

- Actively contribute to a people centric service experience by developing and maintaining strong people focused relationships with stakeholders, and ability to advise on policies, processes, and systems relevant to Academic Units.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and projects while ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements, internal policy, and procedures.

What we’re looking for

- Demonstrated administrative skills including experience with email, spreadsheet database, presentation software, and the internet as a resource.

- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and procedures.

- Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and demonstrated capacity to act as a point of escalation for less experienced team members.

- Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders with a positive can-do attitude.

- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to prioritise and complete tasks within defined deadlines.
