Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will work on-site and be responsible for collecting applications from education agents and identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving enrolment growth for our online domestic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Agent management for international students and identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Australian education sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners, particularly with local education agents.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our online program offerings
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education sector
- Must be willing to travel across Australia
- Must be available Monday-Friday and some weekends if travelling
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Sound knowledge of ASQA RTO standards
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Attributes
- MBA or relevant qualification or a minimum of two years of Australian domestic student experience
- Experience in online education or e-learning platforms
- Understanding of the Australian Healthcare Education landscape
