KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operatesuctiondevices,watersprays,andotherdentalequipmenttoassistpractitionersduringtreatments.

- ProcessanddevelopdentalX-raysinaccordancewithclinicprotocolsand radiation safety standards.

- Clean,sterilise,andmaintaindentalinstrumentsandequipment,ensuringstrictinfectioncontrolandcross-contaminationprevention.

- Performroutinemaintenanceandcareofdentalequipmenttoensureproper functioning and hygiene.

- Educateandadvisepatientsonoralhygiene,dentalhealthpractices,andpost-operativecareasdirectedbythedentist.

- Providefront-deskandadministrativesupport,includingbookingappointments,maintainingpatientrecords,handlingbilling,andprocessingpaymentswhenrequired.

- Ensuringsmoothday-to-dayoperationofthedentalclinic.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- HoldanAQFCertificateIIIinDentalAssistingorarelevantqualification.

- Atleast1yearofexperienceinasimilarrole.

- Strong understanding of clinical procedures and infection controlprotocols.

- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytobuildrapportwithpatientsandworkeffectivelywithinateam.

- Apositiveattitudewithacommitmenttopatientcareandteam collaboration.

- Abilityworkinginafast-pacedenvironmentwhilemaintainingaccuracy and professionalism.

- Strongattentiontodetail,excellentorganisationalskills,andtheabilitytoprioritise tasks effectively.

- Reliable,punctualandhighlyprofessional.
