Join us at Olympic Dam as a Lead Mine Geologist and play a key role in shaping the future of mining. This is your opportunity to lead a skilled team, drive innovation, and deliver geological insights that power critical decisions—all while enjoying a balanced 8/6 site-based roster. We offer FIFO from Adelaide, DIDO from Regional SA or the opportunity to live residentially in Roxby Downs.

What you’ll do

Champion safety and data integrity across underground operations.

Optimise drilling, stoping, and grade control programs to maximise ore recovery and minimise risk.

Build strong, inclusive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coach and develop a talented team of geologists.

What we’re looking for...

Degree in Geology, Geoscience, or Earth Sciences.

Solid experience in geological roles, ideally with exposure to underground operations.

Proven leadership skills or a strong interest in developing and leading teams.

Ability to collect, interpret, and optimise geological data across logging, mapping, drilling, grade control, and reconciliations.

Work on one of the world’s most unique ore bodies and contribute to sustainable mining.
