Customer Relationship Manager

- Melbourne CBD location, a short walk from Southern Cross Station and local shops and eateries
- Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM (no weekends or late nights)
- Full training provided + gain a nationally recognised Cert III in Financial Services

About your new role
As aCustomer Relationship Manager, you’ll be on the frontline making outbound calls to locate and re-establish contact with customers in regards to their overdue accounts on behalf of our clients and negotiate repayment solutions tailored to their circumstances. What your new job involves

- Manage overdue accounts on behalf of leading Australian institutions
- Make and receive a high volume of calls
- Using databases and tools to locate and re-establish contact with customers
- Build trust and rapport while negotiating sustainable repayment solutions
- Handle objections and create positive outcomes for all parties
- Maintain adherence to industry regulations and compliance frameworks

Who you are
We don’t need you to have collections experience, most of our leaders started in this role What matters most is your drive and ability to connect with people. You may have experience in call centres, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service or any role where communication and resilience are key.
