The opportunity We are seeking a highly experience Senior Project Manager delivers projects across capital water infrastructure including valves, hydrants, water pump stations, network renewals, water main replacements and more across the Unity Water Program. In addition to managing the Delivery phase of the program’s renewals projects, you will be collaborating with design, scheduling, cost and commissioning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth transitions and project success. Our team is at the forefront of a diverse range of civil construction initiatives, including water and wastewater treatment plants, expansive water and wastewater networks, critical asset renewal projects, and flagship sustainable energy and utilities projects across the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast Region. What you’ll do - Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure projects with strategic oversight. - Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams, fostering innovation and promoting a Zero Harm culture. - Drive budget management and collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimise cost and ensure accurate forecasting. - Oversee procurement strategies, subcontractor engagement, and supplier coordination. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
