Overview

Our client in Dandenong requires Full-time Fibreglass Labourers to start ASAP. Casual to start off with then moving to Perm after 4-8 weeks. Multiple exciting opportunities on offer, for dedicated and reliable candidates, to join our team with an immediate start. Be rewarded and respected, with regular wage reviews and increases for successful individuals.

4 day week with Friday overtime MON-THURS 7 AM-5 PM, Fri OT 7 AM-12 PM. Minimum $35.00 per hour depending upon experience.

The job environment can be quite stinky due to the chemicals involved, but they are looking for full-time long-term employees. The job involves pouring resin into moulds and spreading it out with a paint roller. They manufacture refrigerated trucks and trailers. ASAP start.

Responsibilities

- Pour resin into moulds and spread it out with a paint roller
- Operate and handle brushes, hand and power tools as required
- Work as part of a team in a fibreglass production environment
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards on site

Qualifications

- Previous fibreglass experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and train in a full-time role
- Reliable transport and punctuality
- Ability to work in a chemical environment
