GemLife Resorts are architecturally designed and completed to the highest standard with luxury fittings. We're preparing to launch an exciting new site in late July to early August and are inviting expressions of interest for a team of labourers and labourer operators to join from day one. QA Build is a leading construction company working within GemLife with a long pipeline of work on resorts located in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Kilcoy Residential Construction Team are seeking casual Labourers and Labourer Operators to join the team. A brand-new site about to start construction of our Villas, we are looking for licensed telehandler operator, an excavator operator, and a skid steer operator skilled in moving pallets and blocks in restricted space plus to dig, move and compact earth. The labourer/operator role is varied and will include labouring work as well.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • All pre-starts on machinery
  • Precise in excavation
  • CN License (nice to have)
  • Telehandler License
  • Skid Steer License
  • Excavator License
    • Taking direction and being proactive in understanding what is required for the role
    • Ensuring that the site is always clean and tidy
    • Construction Industry Card (White Card)
    • Australian manual driver's license
    • Previous experience as a construction labourer
    • A real understanding and diligence about site safety
