Are you a senior consumer insights expert ready to bring serious strategic firepower to some of Australia’s biggest consumer brands? We need a strategist who can wow the C‑suite, cut through complexity, draw from deep methodological smarts, mine insights from data in unexpected ways, and craft bold, brilliant strategy.

Recent Projects & Strategic Partnerships

- Supporting challenger telco brands with segmentation, choice modeling, dual brand and comms trackers, and agile ad‑hoc projects across product, comms and CX.

- Partnering with a national property developer on strategy for residential developments—combining quantitative, qualitative, modeling and co‑creation workshops.

- Working with a global payments provider and their partners on U&As that fuel innovation with consultancy‑style delivery, stakeholder workshops and high‑level exposure.

- Advising a fast‑growing food brand across brand health, reputation, message testing and product development – a dynamic mix of tracking and strategic project work.

What You'll Be Doing

- Champion amazing client relationships.

- Tackle thorny business problems through smart research design.

- Leverage a deep well of quantitative methodologies.

- Translate sophisticated data sets into clear, actionable strategies.

- Facilitate workshops, deliver impactful presentations, and engage senior stakeholders.

- Apply deep strategic thinking to propel client performance.

- Develop the pipeline with flexible commercial approach.

- Manage 1-2 amazing people.

You'll Bring

- Significant experience in customized consumer insights strategy.

- A strong market research agency track record.

- A packed quantitative methodological toolkit with experience across industries and complex, ad‑hoc research challenges.

- Qualitative skills are a bonus.

- Sharp analytical skills (quant).

- Confidence as a presenter, facilitator and trusted advisor.

- Strategic curiosity, rigor, and imagination.

- Experience in building high‑performance team members.
