This pivotal role ensures our organisation remains aligned, informed, and operationally ready across the full five-year PLM horizon. You will maintain visibility over the entire product portfolio—past, current, and future—and act as the central coordination point for all PLM-related changes, including introductions, retirements, and transitions.As the PLM Lead, you will connect Planning with PLM, Marketing, and Engineering, ensuring portfolio changes are understood, assessed, and reflected in operational plans.
