Overview

A Retail Assistant Manager is needed to live and work onsite at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT, about 20 minutes from Uluru. The role supports the Retail Manager and delivers high-quality retail service to ensure guest satisfaction while working to achieve sales and average guest spend targets.

We are seeking a self-motivated leader with strong conflict-resolution skills and experience in a similar role to join our retail team.

Responsibilities

- Assist the retail team with selling skills and merchandising, work with the Retail Manager to lift average spend and ensure profit targets are met.

- Assist with daily management of staff to align with short-, medium-, and long-term business plans.

- Assist with the daily reconciliation of sales and takings and ensure correct reporting is adhered to.

- Provide training and staff development support.

- Relocate to Ayers Rock Resort, NT for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
