Compliance Manager - Superannuation
Location : Brisbane / Sydney

Description

This is an exciting role for the successful candidate to take the next step in their career and help shape a growing superannuation business.

Job specification

- Conduct incident management and complaint management process, including the identification, logging in relevant databases, root cause analysis, document proposed

- Remediation plans for internal and external approval and relevant correspondence following through to resolution

- Maintain incident management and complaint management procedures and protocols to ensure effective handling, incorporating any improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

- Communicate with complainants to provide updates and resolve issues satisfactorily

- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including those specific to the superannuation industry

- Submit regular reports on incidents and complaints, including analysis and recommendations for improvements, including identifying and reporting any systemic incidents and complaints

- Work as a team to ensure incidents and complaints are managed within agreed service levels

Skills Required:

- RG146 General Advice in Superannuation

- Previous experience working in the Superannuation Industry in fund administration for 5+ years

- Strong understanding of Financial Services Industry, with knowledge of key legislation and regulatory environment

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Well-developed PC skills eg. Word, Excel, Outlook with speed and accuracy
