Overview

The opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen for existing Costumer Team to assist with training within the Entertainment department. In this role you will facilitate training on safe use of equipment, train team members on departmental orientation procedures, and CTO procedures required in the Wardrobe Department.

Responsibilities

- Following all safety policies and procedures relevant to your position to create a safe environment for guests and team members to VRTP standards.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of Costumier policy and procedures
- Conducting training sessions with Team Members and Supervisors, covering departmental orientation, CTOs, PPE and equipment and Show & Entertainment procedures and evacuation procedures.
- Determining competency and complete training records and tests.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and ensure that information deemed confidential

What you’ll bring

- Must be a current team member within the Costume department
- Knowledge of VRTP health and safety policies and procedures
- Completion of Coach Others in Job Skills, or willing to complete
- Intermediate computer skills and data entry skills
- Quality customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Promote a positive attitude towards safe business practices
