What You’ll Be Doing:

- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that get real results
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams (teamwork makes the dream work)
- Coach residents, families, and caregivers on communication goals and strategies
- Track progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Foster a respectful, motivating, and resident-centered therapy environment

What You Bring to the Table:

- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in the state of Ohio
- CCC preferred, but we welcome strong CFY candidates too
- Excellent communication skills (naturally) and a collaborative spirit
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus
