Fixed Term – 6 months

Salary - Up to $135,000 Inclusive of Super

Defence Base Services is seeking a dynamic and personable Change Manager - Digital Transformation to support the successful deployment of digital solutions across our Base Services Transformation (BST) program. This is a fixed-term opportunity with potential for career progression, travel, and flexible working arrangements—including work-from-home options.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute change management plans tailored to varying levels of digital literacy
- Coordinate and deliver face-to-face engagement sessions across all levels of the organisation
- Create fit-for-purpose training materials and arrange training sessions.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of change activities
- Champion a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement
- Monitor adoption and adjust strategies to maximise impact

What You Bring:

- A personable, relatable approach to stakeholder engagement
- Experience in change management within digital transformation projects
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Ability to influence and build trust across diverse teams
- Project management and IT literacy (you won't need to use the tech—just help others adopt it)
- Defence industry experience is highly regarded
