About the Position

This is an ideal opportunity for a Family Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years post-admission experience who’s ready to take the next big step. Whether your goal is Senior Associate or beyond, our client offers a proven development path for high performers ready to lead.

From day one, you’ll take ownership of a diverse and stimulating family law caseload, including:

- Complex property settlements and financial agreements

- Parenting and custody disputes, including relocation cases

- Divorce and de facto relationship breakdowns

- Spousal maintenance and blended family matters

You’ll work alongside experienced senior lawyers and benefit from close mentoring, with clear feedback and targeted guidance to build your leadership capability. For lawyers looking to accelerate their career without compromising work-life balance, this is an unmatched opportunity in Toowoomba.

Key Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years PAE in family law (private practice preferred)

- Confidence managing files autonomously, from start to resolution
