Role Overview

We seek an experienced Engineer to lead the design, development, testing, and inspection of products across their lifecycle, with a focus on Back of Wall systems. This role ensures product quality, reliability, and compliance with technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept design to manufacturing and implementation.
  • Design systems and components, including Back of Wall solutions, meeting functional and safety requirements.
  • Develop and test prototypes, analyze results, and refine designs to eliminate malfunctions.
  • Conduct experiments methodically and evaluate data to improve performance.
  • Create and produce detailed documentation and reports on products and processes.
  • Identify, formulate, and implement effective solutions to emerging challenges.
  • Estimate project scope and timelines, ensuring timely completion.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, incorporating new theories and methods.
Skill Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering or a similar discipline.
  • Proficiency in CAD, finite element analysis, and computational fluid dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and materials science.
  • Familiarity with Back of Wall systems or similar infrastructure is advantageous.
  • Exceptional creativity and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
