Overview

Operational Facility Manager - Aged Care
Western Downs, QLD

This is a hands-on leadership role focusing on non-clinical operations, leadership, compliance and service excellence in a regional aged care home. You will support staff, engage with residents and families, and help ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily facility operations, budgets, compliance, and resources.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a dedicated team of staff.
- Build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
- Drive efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of care and service.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in aged care, retirement living, hospitality, or operational management.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Business acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
