What will you be doing?

Your role will be to empower individuals with a disability, injury or a health condition, to achieve and maintain meaningful and sustainable employment.

You will provide:

- Tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group.
- Identify new opportunities with local employers that align with our participants goals and needs.
- Understand the unique employment needs of your clients
- Collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity

Who are you?

You are committed to making a difference through connecting and supporting your clients into sustainable employment. You will have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a related field.
- Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities.
- Solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
- Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important.
- You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
