Overview
Centre Director – Goodstart – Lead and manage a Centre within Australia’s largest early learning Not-for-Profit. You will be at the heart of the leadership team, supporting and developing Teachers and Educators in your centre, building strong relationships with children, families and communities, and driving a positive impact in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
- Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
- Plan for the future of your centre with your team, build the attendance pipeline and maintain a revenue-generating business
- Maintain a centre designed to support quality learning and wellbeing
- Lead a passionate, committed team focused on improving outcomes for all children
- Advocate for inclusive practices that create a safe and welcoming environment for every family
- Demonstrate proven leadership and the ability to manage change within education, health or community services

You’ll need
- A Diploma or bachelor’s in early childhood education (or working towards)
- Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
- Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
