We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Physiotherapy services.

Job Description

Employment Type: Full Time or Part Time
Remuneration: Negotiable based on experience
Location: Office + WFH

We are open to discussions with OTs with all levels of experience who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

If you're interested in Paediatrics or have particular caseload interests, we would like to speak with you.

Your day will include:

- Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants improve their quality of life
- Supporting and advising on environmental adaptations in settings like home, school, work, and residential facilities
- Recommending assistive technology to address functional limitations and promote independence
- Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications

Requirements:

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Proactive, motivated by growth and learning
- Enjoy a collaborative and supportive environment
- Passion for working in the disability sector
