- Ensure governance, compliance, and reporting excellence in the pursuit of laying foundational maturity for scale.

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, or education management (MBA, Masters, or CPA/CA highly regarded).
- 10–15 years’ experience in operational leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive role.
- Proven success in leading complex operations and diverse teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in education or mission-driven organisations is highly desirable.

How You Will Be Measured

- Operational tasks completed and on schedule.
- ERP systems implemented and staff trained.
- Capital and non-capital projects delivered on time and budget.
- High degree of compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supporting overall staff, parent, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Why MOB?

At MOB, you’ll be part of a movement built on Respect, Passion, Ownership, Gratitude, and Family — one that’s bigger than any one person. Together, MOB is shaping the future of education and making a lasting difference in the lives of young men.

MOB offers a collaborative, purpose-led environment where leadership is about service, growth, and legacy. As well as the normal benefits, you can enjoy use of an onsite gym, breakfast and lunch, up to 12 weeks paid holidays/year, tax-free salary packaging benefits, and onsite parking.
