Responsibilities

What will you do?

- Capture promotional details using the ticket generation tool to ensure timely and accurate input
- Create and validate tickets to reflect promotions correctly, regenerating as needed to fix errors
- Batch and distribute tickets for upload to My Target by the Central Operations team
- Ensure legal compliance by working with the Legal & Compliance team to meet regulatory standards and adapt to legislative changes
- Review and approve marketing POS materials in collaboration with the Merchandising team for campaigns and events
- Manage supplier-funded POS, supporting briefing, review, and approval processes
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all promotional ticketing to support flawless store execution
- Coordinate cross-functional input to align ticketing with broader trade and marketing plans

Qualifications

- 1–3 years’ experience in a Marketing, Commercial, or Operational role within a retail environment
- Diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred
- Proficient in spreadsheet and database tools to manage promotional briefing processes
- Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay focused under pressure
- Tech-savvy mindset with a drive to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
- Demonstrates customer focus, personal integrity, and a results-driven attitude
- Strong team player with the ability to build positive relationships across departments
