The Role

We’re on the hunt for a nurse who loves helping people, is a whiz with tech, admin, and gets a kick out of making things run smoothly.

You’ll be the go-to for nurses and facilities - answering questions, sorting shifts, onboarding new users, and keeping everyone smiling.

Think: customer service, admin, tech, and a whole lot of heart.

What You’ll Actually Do

- Be the friendly first point of contact for nurses & facilities (phone, email, SMS)
- Help nurses onboard, update credentials, and get booked for shifts
- Support facilities with bookings, timesheets, and platform how-tos
- Keep our CRM and admin tidy (your future self will thank you)
- Spot process hiccups, suggest improvements, and help us grow
- Jump in on team huddles, share ideas, and keep the good vibes rolling

About You

- You’re (or have been) a nurse (RN, EN, AIN/PCA)—you get shift life
- People describe you as organised, proactive, tech-curious, and a great communicator
- You love solving problems and making things easier for others
- You’re all about teamwork, kindness, and getting stuff done
- You’re comfy with Macs, Google Suite, and learning new platforms
