About the Role
We are on the hunt for a Casual Level 2 Retail Kitchen Daymaker
The Retail Kitchen is responsible for assisting with the preparation, cooking, and quality assurance of all food items delivered from the IMAX Kitchen.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring timely and efficient food service by following standard recipe cards and portion controls
- Completing relevant kitchen documentation and supporting the General Manager as needed
- Adhering to all food safety and occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements
- Monitoring kitchen equipment and infrastructure, reporting any hazards or issues to the General Manager
- Assisting with stock rotation and stock management
- Working collaboratively with kitchen staff during service to maintain a clean, organised, and high-performing kitchen environment
