Position Details

Permanent, full-time role (38 hours per week, including 8 hours of administrative duties)

Work across split shifts during school terms:

- Morning session: 6:30 am – 9:00 am
- Afternoon session: 2:50 pm – 6:00 pm
- Additional hours available during school holidays

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and mentor a team of dedicated educators
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate programs
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and school staff
- Manage compliance, daily operations, and administrative tasks

Who We're Looking For

- Passion for working with children and leading a team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain:
- Working with Children Check & National Police Check
- Relevant OSHC qualification (or currently studying per ACECQA standards)
- Australian work rights required
- This position is eligible for the Early Childhood Worker Retention Grant, which our OSHC partner has applied for.
