The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to lead at the intersection of strategy, innovation and delivery. Our client is seeking an accomplished executive to head up their SAP S/4HANA Business Unit — a portfolio central to their growth and reputation in the market.

Key Outcomes of the Role

- Deliver sustainable profitability and growth, with full P&L accountability
- Set strategic direction and ensure alignment across business development and delivery
- Strengthen client relationships to achieve retention, satisfaction, and market expansion
- Identify and capitalise on new opportunities in the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring succession and future capability
- Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer excellence
- Represent the business unit at executive level, contributing to broader organisational goals

About You

- Extensive experience (5+ years) in executive or senior leadership roles within SAP or enterprise technology
- A proven record of leading profitable business units and managing P&L performance
- Strategic acumen, with the ability to balance vision with disciplined execution
- Strong networks and credibility in the SAP S/4HANA landscape
- Exceptional leadership capability — able to inspire, coach and retain top talent
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at executive and board level
