Your New Role:
As the Concession Manager, you will thrive in a busy environment and be an experienced, inspirational leader who is motivated by driving sales. In return for your performance, you will be rewarded with an attractive bonus program and the opportunity to grow your career. You will oversee the Penrith Concession and drive the team of up to 5 to success
About You:
- Proven experience leading a team to success in a retail environment, achieving sales, wages and targets
- Passionate about coaching and leading a team with experience in performance management
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach always
- An understanding and love for fashion trends and styling
