We are seeking an experienced Applications and Systems Engineer to join the ICT Team at SkyCity Adelade.

About the Opportunity

In this dynamic role, you'll be part of a high-performing technical team that supports both proprietary and third-party hardware and software systems. You'll take ownership of managing changes across production environments and provide end-to-end support for a diverse suite of business applications, spanning first to third line levels. Beyond operational excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering new technology solutions acting as a subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring smooth transitions into business-as-usual operations. This is a chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your technical expertise will directly contribute to the success of a vibrant and evolving industry.

About You

You're an experienced ICT professional with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering exceptional service. With at least five years in the field and a strong foundation in application support, you bring a deep understanding of SQL, robust organisational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Your assertive communication style and interpersonal confidence make you a trusted partner across teams, and your commitment to excellence ensures that business-critical systems run smoothly. Ideally, you've worked in gaming or hospitality and are familiar with Agile practices, but most importantly, you're driven by curiosity, precision, and a desire to make technology work smarter for people.
