About the role
As a General Services Assistant in our Catering team, you’ll play a key role in providing nutritious, well-presented meals that support the comfort and recovery of our patients. You’ll ensure food safety and quality standards are met while delivering excellent service with warmth and care. Working in a supportive team, you’ll liaise closely with patients and clinical staff to meet individual needs. Key Responsibilities

- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues and clinical staff to ensure smooth meal service each day.

What You’ll Bring
- A positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine interest in caring for others through great service.
- Reliability, self‑motivation and the ability to work well both independently and in a team.
- Great communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and hospitality.
- Experience in hospitality or catering is a plus—but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important
