Your role as a Speech Pathology Grad
- Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload – providing direct, family based and community-based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities
- Day-to-day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes
- Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education and support
- Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients
About our Grads
We are looking for Grads who share our passion for making a difference and making therapy a fun, engaging and meaningful experience for families. You are enthusiastic and thrive in an environment that welcomes the fresh ideas you can bring to the wider team.
You will also have:
- A degree in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
- A full valid driver/'s license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance
- A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain
- A clear current Police Check, or be willing to obtain
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain
- First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain
- Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail
