What You’ll be Doing:

We are looking for team members with previous retail experience to support our store through the Christmas period Be part of a dynamic team at Spotlight Upper Coomera

- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Sharing your love and skills for craft, sewing, and home decorating
- Learning quickly and adapting to our extensive product range
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Contributing to sales and helping your store meet its goals

The Ideal Candidate:

- Previous retail experience or customer service highly desirable
- The ability to multitask in a fast environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights
