The Company Cleaner at the Northern Australian Conference plays a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the conference facility. The main tasks and responsibilities for this position include:

- Performing general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure all areas are well-maintained.
- Disposing of waste and ensuring that trash bins are emptied and sanitized regularly.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including replenishing supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Ensuring that common areas, meeting rooms, and other designated spaces are kept tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assisting with setting up and breaking down of chairs, tables, and other equipment for events or meetings when necessary.
- Adhering to health and safety standards while using cleaning chemicals and operating cleaning equipment.

The Company Cleaner should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently to maintain a clean environment that meets the high standards expected in a professional conference setting.

- Prior experience in commercial or institutional cleaning settings

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a cleaning role
- Experience working in a team environment while also being self-motivated in completing individual responsibilities
