CABLE - Rundle, 245A Rundle Street, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia Posted Tuesday 14 October 2025 at 4:00 am The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in our Rundle Street store Responsibilities will include: - Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers - Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice - Collectively achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIS - Support other team members to ensure business goals are met - Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping - Process and replenish stock according to company standards - Assist in the implementation of promotional and visual merchandising initiatives - Show initiative and be a great team player What are we looking for? - Strong experience working in a fashion retailer or a customer service environment - A genuine love and understanding of our brand - The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs - You will have outstanding communication skills - Strong sales and negotiation skills - A 'can do', hands on style - A proven ability to integrate and become a valued team member - You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills - Availability to work a variety of shifts during the week and weekend.
